Water Love

“Underwater Love” is a series of paper pieces created by Don Nadie and inspired by mermaids, mythological sea creatures from universal legends and folklore. Mermaids are depicted as hybrid beings with a woman’s face and a fish’s body, known for enchanting others with their voice and beauty.

“Underwater Love” is a photographic essay that pays homage to love and fantasy. The pieces were personified by the Argentine drag performer “Lady Alutrix,” who brings to life a mythical being in love.
